The Future of Privacy (FPF) commissioned a series of research papers on postsecondary student data privacy topics. The papers  analyze important or emerging student data privacy issues and provide actionable guidance to address the underlying issues.

Research brief authors explored different facets of higher education student data privacy issues. Each author’s research includes three parts:

A research brief paper, fully exploring a higher education student data privacy topic;

A short blog post that provides an overview or highlights a distinctive facet of the author’s research; and

An action item intended to help higher education institutions tackle student data privacy issues related to the author’s student data privacy topic.

FPF thanks the authors for developing these unique resources on higher education-focused student data privacy topics.
