This self-assessment is designed to help states identify the current, respective roles of data governance and IT regarding policies and processes that require collaboration between these two groups. Supplementing the self-assessment are a facilitator guide, a side-by-side analysis template to compare the assessment responses of data governance and IT teams, and presentation slides for a self-assessment kickoff meeting and review of the side-by-side analysis.
