Generation C: Childhood, Code, and Creativity

This resource discusses the role of technology in our modern era and its impact on children.  The article argues that childhood needs to be better defined in the legal arena because of changes in technology, and advocates a two-pronged approach to digital childhood: first, that a strong version of the minority capacity doctrine be adopted for contracts in digital spaces, and, second, that a childhood exception be crafted in copyright law.
